Use this form if you are encountering issues enrolling your brand in Brand Registry because the brand may already be enrolled. Please note that this form can only be submitted by the brand owner. When submitting the form, select the relevant reason for the request from the options below:
• The current Administrator is either inactive or no longer with the company
• You acquired the brand from the previous owner and do not have access to the brand
• The current Administrator is external to the brand (e.g. a reseller or distributor holds the Administrator role)

After submitting this form, our support specialists will review your request. Once the review is complete, you will receive an email on the outcome of your request.
